I’ve enjoyed the sandwiches I grabbed at streetside stalls in Seoul.From Isaacs’s Toast and Coffee I had the Potato Toast, an egg sandwich with a potato patty like a large McDonalds hash brown. A day earlier I had Hokkaido Cheese Toast at a SayChiizu stand. It was a grilled cheese sandwich with a slightly sweet filling. It wasn’t until after I saw the pictures and videos on their website that I learned the thing to do with the sandwich was to see the length to which you can stretch out the cheese.
