Seasoned rice roll

Ethnic cuisines are ubiquitous in the United States, but menus in America contain only  highlights and abridged versions from other countries. This typical item from a fast casual restaurant in Seoul resembles a vegetable roll from the sushi case at a U.S. supermarket, but Americans don’t see anything like this, a seasoned rice roll that adds egg, cheese and a leafy green to the julienned vegetables.
