Today Amazon announced New York City and suburban Washington, D.C, as sites for new offices that will employ 25,000 people each. (And Amazon will locate 5,000 people at a smaller new facility in Nashville.) The news reminded me of this photo I took of Amazon employees playing soccer outside the company’s Seattle headquarters.
