First stop: ice cream at Salt and Straw. Vegan ice cream was featured this month. Here’s a double cone with Sunflower Butter Cups on top, a roasted sunflower seed and coconut cream base with shards of chocolate and marionberry jam. The scoop underneath is Lemon Cheesecake Crumble. Both flavors were very well made.
