Here we go. Out-of-state visitor to Summit County is Colorado’s first presumed coronavirus case.

The patient flew to Colorado on Feb. 29 and landed at Denver International Airport, where he rented a vehicle and drove to a condo in Summit County, Governor Jared Polis said today. He participated in “outdoor activities”, although the governor could not say whether he visited ski resorts. That’s an important bit of information. Was he in the close quarters of a gondola with other people?

He spent time in Summit County with his fiancee and two other Colorado residents, who are all under quarantine now.

In mid-February the patient had visited Italy.

And now there is a second suspected case. More from KDVR News.
