President Taft’s cow, grazing at the federal building next to the White House

Known at the time as the State, War, and Navy Building, today it’s the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

During his presidency Richard Nixon worked from Room 180 of the building. And here he is in 1970 in the building’s bowling alley.
