Named the “Square Pie”, this pizza at High Mountain Pies in Leadville, Colo., includes kale, portabella mushroom, roast garlic, and carmelized onion. The kale comes out of the oven nicely roasted, and is nicely complimented by the sweetness of the carmelized onion. This is a very good pizza.
