Statue of Lee Bong-chang, martyr for Korean independence from Japan, as he throws a hand grenade. In 1932 he attempted to assassinate Emperor Hirohito by throwing a grenade at him. It missed its target and he was arrested, tried in a Japanese court, and executed.
